Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

Orders are normally shipped by USPS and UPS in the United States and Canada. If you have a preference for shipping method, please note that in your order or contact us by phone or email.

Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days from the date of purchase and arrive at most locations within one week.

Overnight and Expedited

If you have a need for expedited shipping, please contact us by phone at 800-866-5737, select option 2, and we will process your order over the phone. We can ship most orders overnight anywhere in the continental US for $20-$50.

Free Tool Repair Shipments and Labels

We offer free inbound shipping for all tool repairs. If you need help with a repair, please use our repair services contact form or call us for a UPS shipping label.

Your shipping label will come from UPS by email and should arrive within one to two business days. If you don’t receive an email from UPS, please check your spam folder first and then contact us if you still can’t find your label.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Items returned and received without prior notification will be delayed in processing and may be refused. 


All return items will be inspected to ensure original and/or resalable condition prior to refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return for credit will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. There are no refunds on items damaged in return shipping. In this case, you must file a claim with the carrier, so please insure your return package.
